Hi, I’m Loren.
I am a Deaf counselor and am licensed in three different states: Arizona, Washington State, and Missouri. As a Tucson, AZ native, I graduated from the University of Arizona with Bachelor’s degree in psychology. I got my Master’s degree from Gallaudet University in mental health counseling. During over 10 years of experience in the counseling field, I have worked in community mental health, school counseling, hospitals, and private practice. I am experienced in working with children, teenagers, adults, and couples. My clients tell me I am real and approachable. I have a calm and warm personality, which makes it easy to talk to me about anything.

What can I say about Remy?
She is a 20-year-old cat. We have been together since I rescued her from the animal shelter in Tucson when she was 6 months old. Remy likes to participate in the sessions by sitting on my lap or sleeping on the couch.
If you're not into cats, that's completely fine. Remy has a part-time schedule and isn't in the office every day. Just let me know, and I'll be happy to excuse her from our counseling session.
